    Sara's professional journey has included leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Director of Strategic Projects, and Director of Admissions. In these capacities, she has developed a proven ability to build strong teams, using her emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to communicate complex business strategies.

Keoni Enlow

Chief Adventure Officer

  • For over a decade, Keoni Enlow has dedicated his life to fostering healing and recovery from both physical and mental states of despair. Combining his passion for the great outdoors with therapeutic activities, Keoni has transformed countless lives through diverse methods such as high ropes, kayaking, sweat lodges, and medicine wheels. As a true Hawaiian woodsman, he is committed to guiding others toward positive change and self-discovery.

    Professionally, Keoni has excelled in numerous roles, each contributing to his extensive experience in adventure and recovery programs. He has served as a spiritual guide at Discovery Place, a Clinical Associate at Cumberland Heights, and an Adventure Programmer at JourneyPure at the River. Keoni further honed his skills as a builder and program manager of adventure at Defining Wellness and as the program director of Adventure at Oasis River Recovery. Today, he channels his expertise as the Director of Special Programs at the Integrative Life Center, where he continues to build and create life-changing adventures that touch the hearts and lives of many.

    Among his notable achievements, Keoni is a certified course manager, skilled in building systems for spotted activities, low ropes, risk management, skills evaluation, knots, belays/transfer, hardware, ropes, and rescue. Specializing in events like ziplining, climbing walls, swings, static courses, paper poles, and sweat lodges, he is also recognized as a Level II Challenge Course Practitioner.

    Keoni Enlow’s unique approach to adventure and healing offers experiences like no other, creating opportunities for personal growth and transformation both for himself and those he guides.

  • Chef Steph began as a Yogi at the age of 16 where her study of Kundalini Yoga and energy work began. Her work as a private chef on yachts cooking for the elite of the high seas and teaching yoga extended two decades before developing a Therapeutic Nutrition Program which she introduced into 5 holistic rehabilitation centers, helping hundreds of clients to reclaim their optimal health. She has passionately served as dedicated support and inspired chef to many yoga, women’s and writing retreats and delights in curating fabulous meals for any event large or intimate setting. Her diverse wisdom pulls from Ayurvedic knowledge, her Health Coach certification through the Institute of Integrated Nutrition, and 28 years of Kundalini Yoga. Carmen Dominguez

Psychotherapist & Consultant

  • Carmen is a psychotherapist and consultant with 35 years of experience, currently serving as Chief Clinical Advisor at Integrative Life Network. Carmen emphasizes reconnecting to one's inherent wisdom, blending Toltec teachings, ancient healing principles, and traditional therapeutic methods to help clients break self-defeating patterns and achieve self-mastery.

     Specializing in trauma, addictions, and mental health, she views healing as a creative process, drawing on diverse modalities for optimal wellness. Carmen has led many trips to Teotihuacan to guide guests in transcending outdated beliefs, and coming back into a space of safety, connection and belonging. As an adjunct professor at Lesley University since 1999, she teaches addiction, clinical skills, and adolescent psychopathology. She has also trained in family therapy, Post Induction Therapy under Pia Mellody, supervised a SAMSA research project, and presented adolescent harm reduction research at Harvard University.

     In addition, Carmen also holds certifications in Neuropsychotherapy, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and IFS level 1, and is a Reiki Master, Certified Yoga instructor, and Facilitator of the Energy Codes, Soma breath
